21 year old female acl: lea

I had reconstructive acl surgery 3 weeks ago. I tore ny ack in April 2010, and has surgery may 25. Things have not been to bad. I am walking and physical therapy is going good, all except today when while riding my bike I was hit by a car. Luckily my knee is fine but now my shoulder hurts. X rays say that nothing us wrong i.e. Broken or out of it's socket but there is still a chance something may be majorly torn. I don't know how to deal with acl surgery and now my shoulder. I'm afraid
to leave the house. My body is breaking all over the place. I thought a
surgery was depressing but then getting hit by a
car and having a bad shoulder adds to it.
