I picked up an injury two weeks ago from soccer. I was hit on my ankle, from the initial hit there was a lot of pain but was able to walk off the field. There is no more pain around the ankle but I do have a mild pain on my Achilles tendon. Is this OK? How long does it take to heal? And is it OK to do some light training?
