Hi I just had my operation on Sunday May 30th, had a partial ACL reconstruction and a few stitches and bit of shaving of my meniscus. The cool thing was I watched it all under local anesthetic and was home 4 hours after my op (its true they bend your leg after surgery to check things are strong enough, which mean's i know my daily physio won't be damaging anything). I can recommend a DuraSoft Knee Ice Pack, much better than a bag of pea's. I am also into nutrition and can recommend for pain - Coffee, Chilli pepper, clove, garlic and ginger and for
