I sprained my ankle about 5 months ago, i stayed off of it for a week like the doctor said, then when i could run again, i went back to playing softball, it stopped hurting for the remainder of the season. About a month later it would hurt when i woke up or stopped on it to hard. Now I'm running cross country and when i run its really tight and stiff but loosens up a little bit as i keep running but doesn't feel 100% normal.
Any suggestion as to what i could/should do?
