Boxers Fracture

I was starting quarterback at my high school when i got mad and punched a wall. I now suffer from a boxers fracture. It didn't need to be repositioned or anything like that. Does anyone know how long until i should be able to be throwing again?

Fractures usually take about 6 weeks to heal, depending on where the break is. You should be throwing again sometime 4-6 weeks after injury. You can read more at Boxers Fracture

healing time

My son just returned from the hand specialist after being casted for a boxer's fracture. He was told that a clean break should heal fully in four weeks. (He plays OLB so can play with cast.)
