when i was 13, i was on a hiking trip with my school, we were hiking up whistler mountain, well during the hike i kept falling, here it was raining and snowing all day. when we got to our camp spot, my left hip didn't feel right...it hurt alot. The next day we took a pretty easy trail back down to whistler village..i was behind everyone else because of my hip.. soo while the rest of the class is way ahead i was walking on this very loose type of rock, and fell...thats when i cracked the growth plate at the base of the ball that is suppose to be in the socket. soo the rest of the way down i had to walk on a slant to be able to walk. when we're near the base of the mountain my teacher told us to stay where we were so he could go get some help.later the mountain patrol found us and got me to put on a 50pound backpack, and cross a tiny foot bridge...well i fell into the rock bed below and completely broke my hip. too this day after trying many different things, im still trying to find good stretches and can't seem to.

thanks.
