Coach's ACL Surgery

Tore the ACL/Menicus on July 18th and had the surgery December 18th. Everything seems to be moving along like it should, on pain meds. Won't see anyone until the 29th though, for the site checkup etc. Would like to get in sooner to begin rehab.

I thought that I would be trying to move the leg as much as possible? Maybe, because I had 20% of my meniscus removed as well, it's locked with a brace. Allograph used this time, it's my 2nd ACL, first on on this knee.

I teach P.E. elementary level and hope to be back to work soon. Took off until Jan 5th, but will see how all is going, especially teaching in the snow and all.

Any similar experiences like mine?
