Hi,
I used to be a tennis pro, meaning that I was always in an excellent shape.
Since I quit professional I started working and of course became out of shape within 3 years.
Once I played a tournament and had an ACL & MCL tear.
I did the ACL surgery on May 15 2008. I agree that my physiotherapy was not the best of all. Now It's been over one year and a half since de surgery and I can stil feel a difference between my two legs as well as visually!
I'm actually working very hard now to get things back together and play again some tournaments from time to time (not as a pro of course)
I can do sports but very slowly. I run, I go to the gym, I play tennis (without running) etc....
I miss playing sports at a high level so much. I would like to know how long it will take before I can be back 100%.
And maybe you have other tips...
