Flexibility Solutions: Lower Body is a free downloadable e-book offered to subscribers of the Athletic Trainers Corner - You can sign up for the free monthly newsletter using the sign up form at the top right of every page, or you can sign up on the Athletic Trainer's Corner page.

After you sign up you will receive a confirmation email to make sure that you, and not someone else, entered your email address - once you confirm your subscription, you will be taken to a thank you page where you can then download the ebook.

The whole process usually only takes a few seconds - unless for some reason the emails take a little longer to get to you.

If you have any other questions or problems, please let me know.

Flexibility Solutions: Lower Body

The path to this download is fuzzy. Perhaps the test might be modified to explain better how this is obtained by signing up for the newsletter. Prior to stumbling, by persistance, on these explanative comments, I, too, had a hard time understanding what to do. Worse of all: Think about all the people who just went away because they felt stymied.
