i was just wondering, i had acl/meniscus sergory about 2 months ago,my knee
looks fine but i cant bend it or straighting it fully, my doc says its
propably scar tissue thats preventing me from bending etc. and he highly
recomends thst i get it removed surgically. has anyone else had such a
problem as mine...can i get rid of it massagically or something..??

help me out pple..
