Isolation of the Ankle in Calf Exercises
by Martin
Unfortunately I damaged my ankle in an accident and was somewhat mis-diagnosed so I now have a permanent inherent weakness in the left ankle. I would like to build the calf muscle again, (it is significantly smaller than the right calf muscle having been favoured for some time), but I do not want to exacerbate the damage to my left ankle.
