Kayla-partial acl tear since 2/2000

I have had a partial acl tear since 2/2000. I was hurt in a ski lift accident. The ski lift chair hit me in the middle of my back and forced my left knee into the wooden ski lift platform. This happened because a drunk ski lift operator tried to shovel snow while we were trying to board the ski lift. He hit my husband's skis with the shovel which caused him to loose his balance and fall into me just as the lift was trying to pick us up. I had immediate extreme pain and swelling. I cried uncontrollably for several minutes. I was unable to put any weight on my leg for a couple of hours. I had black and blue bruises on my knee. I was just diagnosed with this partial acl tear in 11/2008 during and arthroscopic surgery even though I have had instability, horrible pain and swelling in the back of my knee since the accident. I suspected a torn acl since 2001 and have suggested this to surgeons that have operated on me for years. They all have denied it even after doing surgery on my knee. How could this have been missed this many times?! Or are they lying to me about it?! The 11/2007 surgery was my 7th knee surgery. Previous surgeries include a lateral meniscus-2001 and medial meniscus tear-2005, torn articular cartilage incuding an O.A.T.S. procedure-2000 and worn femoral cartilage-2007 due to instability. The surgeon that told me about this partial acl tear does not do acl reconstructions. I have taken my arthroscopic acl pictures and surgery report to 3 different acl surgeons. The first surgeon recommended by my doctor that discovered this said that my knee did not feel unstable-even though I have had 2 meniscus tears and worn femoral cartilage since the original injury! The second surgeon said it did not feel unstable and he did not believe I even had an acl tear at all even though I showed him surgical pictures-which clearly show tear and surgical report. He then showed me my mri pictures and said see your acl is not torn-even though my surgery report confirms the tear. The third surgeon would not even entertain the idea of an acl tear because he knew the previous surgeon that operated on me and didn't believe he would have missed diagnosing an acl tear! None of the doctors I have seen seem to care about how ruined my life has become because of this. I used to exercise 6 days per week and was employed as a Personal Trainer. If anyone has any advice for me on what to do next I would really appreciate it. I am considering taking up pivoting sports to tear this the rest of the way to stop the pain. I have constant extreme pain and swelling with just standing and walking. I am unable to work. I have a hard time sleeping at night-no more than 4 to 5 hours per night.

I would even assume they didn't read the custom papers they were given.

I don't know how to say this, so I'm just going to blurt it out: identifying unknown phone numbers involves consulting a good cell phone number lookup directory.

If you are in not good state and have no cash to get out from that, you would require to take the personal loans. Because it should aid you for sure. I take auto loan every time I need and feel myself great because of it.
