I am 4 months post acl(patellar tendon graft)surgery and evrything is going well so far.Its been very tough work,very slow in the gym and just trying not to do too much.Ive been doing 40 mins on stationery bike along with leg raises and leg curls and lots of different exercise from my physio including swimming and aqua jogging.I have started jogging in a straight line and this week i am starting to jog sideways and backwards and still mainly straight line.I will also be doing small hops and skips in straight line and have a check up with my surgeon this coming week.I have still a strange feeling in knee but isnt causing any pain.Has anybody else had similar acl op?
