hello! I had a injury to my knee about two years ago. I have had pain on the inside of the knee since, especially while bending it all the way down in a squatting position with any weight on it. also, as I bend it down there is a very loud snapping/popping sound in the knee along with the pain. Any type of weight bearing exercise will make it hurt hours later.
I've been to the orthopedic surgeon, but only saw the PA. She sent me for an MRI.MRI showed nothing torn. She diagnosed me with a Bakers Cyst.Gave the knee a shot of cortisone. It didn't help it at all.
When I read up on symptoms of Bakers Cyst, they don't fit my symptoms of how my knee feels at all.Could the MRI have missed something, or even the radiologist? Also, she didn't say the MRI showed a Bakers Cyst. She said she "thinks" it could be one.
Thank You
