Labrum Tear from 10 to 3 o'clock

Hello, I had surgery on my labrum 8-7-09. I had 5 anchors put into my labrum. Therapy was going slow at first, however things began to start falling into place with time. I was eight to nine weeks out of surgery, when I went therapist again. Except on this visit my therapist stretched me way to far and immediately felt pain, which I hadn't had in a long time!! From that point forward for the last month nothing has improved. So I was scheduled for a MRI angeogram, which discovered a labrum tear again. I would like to get an opinion on what should come next. I don't know what would be the best route to take in this matter. Would another operation increase the chance of not having close to 100% flexibility? I'm 37 years old in good shape and is always active, i would simply like to have some quality of life after all of this! Surgery performed was subachromial decopression, and SLAP repair. Please what are my options?

I am dealing now with a labrum tear. It is from 1 o'clock to 5 o'clock. I am wondering if I need surgery. What were your symptoms prior to surgery?
