i have a grade 2 MCL sprain which i suffered 2 weeks ago.Have abandoned my crutches now.I can bear my body weight ,the knee flexes beyond 90 deg and i can walk with a slight limp.Been doing my Physio exercises viz.isometric .Have a soccer tournament by the end of 4 weeks from now on(i.e. 6 weeks from date of injury).What can i do to recover in time for that?
