Hi there.

Thank your for your comments. Much appreciated. Well. Not to worry. There is always fear inside us. We need to fight it though. For me, after the 2nd operation, I felt kinda awkward since both knees were operated already. Must be cautious not to lean too much on your 1st operated knee because it can lead to 3rd surgery like mine. It took me about 8 months to get back to full fitness and I struggled a lot when comes to match fitness. Though, I'm not saddened by the fact injuries made me this way. It just make me stronger. Since I'm both footed, therefore, it's best to strengthen both knees. Do a lot of resistance and strength training too.
