My ACL surgery Thursday 1st Oct.

Since I hurt my leg a month or so playing soccer and got told I need a ligament replacement. I have been scared since then and surgery is coming closer. Been reading a lot of stories in here and it has helped a lot. The thing I am scared is going to sleep and worry. I know should I worry about the surgery?
