My Terrible Triad Recovery

I'm Jodi and on April 9,2010 at a Utah Ski resort I crashed and tore threw my ACL ... MCL and Menicus.. lovingly known as the Terrible Triad..
Surgery was June 1,2010 and obtained therapy 3 times a week until January 2011. I have 130 degrees bend with pain and have lot of trouble squatting...
I have done everything I have been told as well as I hit the gym equipment every week day morning before work to continue with weight training after PT ended...
I am very discouraged with my results.. I need more ROM.. I am very active, during work and play time.. I ride horses.. ATV's.. hike and live on a ranch with many taxing chores.. I love being active.
The Doctor that did the surgery... also did a hip replcaement in my left hip 7 years ago.. which I recovered from 100%... I needed hip replacement as I used to run and just wore it out.. also bone spurs were a problem.. He said I could expect to have the right hip done with in 5 years.. so far so good
At any rate... I have complete faith in him..
March 29,2011 he is treating me with surgery for another problem at which time I was going to ask about the possibility of MUA... although after doing some research most of my feed back was negative... most recommendations are remove scar tissue as compared to Manipulation under Anethesia..
I would appreciate anybody's input who understands where I am..
Thanks .. Jodi
