Name for the front(inside) of the elbow?

I am a Health Records Technician and learned in my course-at least I thought I learned- that the IV site on the inside of the elbow is called decubitus. I cannot find anywhere where it explains this. Am I wrong?

Cubital fossa
by: Bart - SII

Decubitus means "lying down". What you are referring to is the cubital fossa - the triangular area of the anterior aspect of the elbow. The borders include the pronator teres, the brachioradialis, and then the line between the medial and lateral epicondyles of the humerus.

Don't you just love medical terminology? :-)
