I feel like my quads are rippen inside but i still practice ...i play at a small college football program in Texas and I'm a startin cornerback and need my quads ....i came into camp in shape and ready to play running 110yards like nothin for our condition test except we ran for like 10 days straight durin two a days all 110's 10 or more each time at a time of 14 sec. my quads weren't having it and now we start just playin and my quads feel terrible. i get treatment.. ice and i stretch what i can cuz it hurts when i stretch. also i massage them myself .... what more do i need to do its effectin my game ..i need answers ?
