When i do any kind of presses it feels like something in my inner elbow is going to rip a part. I was doing some tricep extensions and I heard a pop and so did the people around me, this was after it had been hurting for a year.
I continued my work out and still lift but when doing heavy bench or any other presses the inner elbow feels like it is going to explode.
Do you know what the problem is , i have rested and lower the weight but it still kills me everytime i lift.
