I train regularly at the gym. Recently, I have noticed that i am not able to fully extend my left arm, and it feels as though my elbow may pop out, if i try and extend it fully.
A couple of months ago i used to box, and whilst doing pad work with my brother, sometime i would throw a jab, but he would accidently move the pad out of the way, and the force of my jab would fully extend my arm, and also cause pain in the elbow due to the shear intensity of the jab,and it would feel as thought the elbow popped out. However, it would normally recover.
But these days, i dont even box anymore and my left elbow as i mentioned does not feel as it fully extends as the right one does. for example, when i fully extend my right arm, i know theres a 'stop' point, because my arm cannot extend any further and it stops dead at full extension. When I try the same thing with my right arm, just at the point of full extension i feel something in the elbow, and it doesnt feel that its fully extending as there is no 'stop' point. If i try and find that 'stop' point i feel pain and also it feels like my elbow will pop out.
I would be grateful for any help.
