Patella Femoral Syndrome

I have had patella femoral syndrome for about a year now. I have undergone physical therapy and do stretches every day. I would like to get a 2nd opinion. Can anyone recommend an excellent ortho surgeon in Irvine, CA or any other city in Orange County, CA?
