playing rugby after 2 acl replacements

try to play rugby after two acl replacements and not building much leg size and now starting to pick up a few bumps on it.do i stop playing for this year and work hard and build up my legs or keep going till the end of the season,and build pre season.plus i,ll be 36 soon.

How long ago was your last ACL reconstruction? You may need to sit this season out and focus on improving your strength and building your muscle back up. If you are less than 9 months out from surgery, that would be best to avoid re-injury.
