Question - ACL hamstring graft (bending)

I just had ACL surgey and i think they used a hamstring graft. I just want to know if it is bad if i am bending my knee to 90 degrees just 8 days after my surgery

You can't bend the knee too much, or too soon. As long as your not causing undue pain, keep bending it. The only major restriction usually associated with hamstring grafts is to not stretch the hamstrings for the first 2-3 weeks. This helps keep the graft harvest site from becoming irritated.

90 degrees at 8 days is doing very well.
