I have damaged my ankle ligements 3 weeks ago an i am wondering how to get rid off the swelling.

Compression, ice, elevation, and anti-inflammatory medications (ibuprofen, aleve) are the best ways to contol and eliminate swelling.

I would also recommend seeing your doctor if you haven't already.
