How long do i have to wait to play sports after getting my cast of my ankle?

You need to regain all of your motion and strength after the cast comes off, and this can take a few weeks depending on what type of fracture you had.

Returning to sports should be a gradual thing, slowly building back into normal activities - A lot of it depends on the type of fracture and how quickly your motion and strength progress.
