Question - Crooked Elbow (biceps tear)

Many years ago i was playing football with my little boy,he got a TD,i threw my
arms up,and it felt like my elbow hyper extended.Anyway,my elbow seems to point out.I have been lifting weights for over 30 years now, even with the injury, and still do. No more pain but a tiny part of my biceps seems to have been torn.I have been to many doctors, never had surgery,is it to late for surgery,it's been about 15 years.

Thank you for your time

If the biceps was torn 15 years ago, there is probably very little that surgery would accomplish at this point. The muscle has probably healed, scarred, and would trying to repair it would be difficult and could cause more problems than it fixes.

If you aren't having pain and it isn't limiting your activities (it doesn't sound like it has changed your lifting routine too much) you are probably best to just leave it - unfortunately, the elbow will probably remain crooked.
