Depends on how it heals
by: Bart - SII

Generally, 6-8 weeks for good healing.

The navicular has a tendency to go non-union, or to heal at a slower rate, so sometimes 8 weeks is not long enough. It is dependent upon where the fracture is in the carpal bone.
