carrying my 10 month old and 20 pound grand child is too much for me. the front of my hip,closer to the groin ,and the rear of my left hip ,closer to the spine ,hurt when I move too fast. It also hurts when I stand and try to lift my left knee up towards my chest. Did I strain a muscle? I walk fine but I need to bend and sit etc. slowly to avoid the sharp pain that follows if I bend or twist.
