Question - Hip Popping

my hip pops when i walk, run, or do anything. im 16 and play field hockey. i dont know what to do to help my hip but it hurts very badly.

Any suggestions?

The first step is to see your doctor. They can run tests and do a clinical exam that should show what is wrong. The next step is likely therapy to correct any mobility or flexibility issues, as well as to strengthen the hip muscles.
