Question - Knee injury (cracking noise)

hi, almost 2 years ago during football playing somebody kicked my right leg knee from the right side instead of kicking the ball, i could not move my leg for longer than 3 weeks... after taking the X-rays and stuff the doctor said i only need to take some pain killers for a week and there was nothing serious......... but i still sometimes when i set and immediately get up i feel(cracking noise) in my knee and,so after streching it ,,,moving it back and forward,,, some set stands ....it makes a sound again which i feel that it has moved back to it's position then i can easily move my leg without no pain...... but this has happend over again and again in every 3 to 7 days for the last 3 months.

It sounds like you may have something going on inside of your knee - I would recommend seeing an orthopedic doctor for an evaluation and maybe an MRI. Could be a meniscus tear.
