Patellar tendonitis?
by: Bart - SII

From the area you describe, it sounds like you could have patellar tendonitis. There are numerous causes for this injury, most commonly restrictions in mobility, flexibility, and imbalances in strength.

The article on knee pain talks about all of the different areas that can be hurt, and what kind of injury it might be. Of course, to find out exactly what is wrong and what is causing it, I recommend seeing your doctor.

Hope this helps - comment back with other questions.
