Question - Knee pain (medial)

I was moving fast one day and the next day noticed a sharp pulling pain on the inside of my left knee.... seems to right near the knee cap... I think it maybe the MCL ... it is super tight and hurts (pulls) when i bend it!! anyone?

MCL, patella, medial hamstring tendon, meniscus - any number of things that could cause pain on the inside of the knee. See your doctor for an evaluation to find out for sure.
