Question - Knee Pain (pain with bending or kneeling)

by Joe
(Anchorage, AK )

I have sudden sharp pains on the outside part of the knee, below kneecap and numbness at skin level. Pain comes when bending knee quickly or when kneeling down on hard surfaces. Did I tear something or is it something else? I am starting to feel it on the other knee too.

See your doctor...
by: Bart - SII

If this pain is something that is limiting your activities, and has been going on for more than a few days, it would be a good idea to see your doctor to get it looked at and figure out what is going on - that is always the best treatment course.
