Question - Knee pain (soccer goalkeeper)

i play as a goalkeeper and lately my knees are in agony after the match and days afterwards.The insides of my knees are agony and i cant kneel on them without being in pain.When i turn they hurt and sometimes when i walk i get a sharp pain and it feels like my legs are jerking backwards the pain seems to be getting worse every day.

best advice is to see a doctor for an evaluation to figure out what exactly is going on and your best treatment options. In the meantime, ice and rest may help.
