Question - meniscus tear (injections and rest)

Is it possible for the meniscus tear to repair itself after two cortizone shots and rest as mine seems to be doing?

It is possible for the meniscus to heal, however, it is highly dependent upon the location of the tear. Cortizone injections will have little bearing on the healing process other than reducing inflammation and pain.
