Question - Recovery (patella femoral syndrome)

by cybele

Is it really possible to recover from painful PFS?? and, if so, can I really run again and play tennis? and is biking bad for PFS?

Have had this for a couple of years, and really miss exercising....How long until your patients are able to get back to exercising without excruciating pain?

I also have developed horrific ankle pain/weakness...
I want to get your program..................

PFS recovery
by: Bart - SII

It is possible to recover from PFS - however, every person is different, and there are many different causes that can contribute to the problem.

The patella femoral solutions program is a comprehensive system that works on improving the most commonly associated factors that cause PFS that can be changed - hip mobility, hip strength, core strength, balance, and proprioception. Many times this is enough to provide a full recovery. Sometimes it takes a little more. But, with the programs design, it will definitely help to create a stronger, more stable lower body and that is the key to starting the recovery.

You can purchase the PFS program online, or if you prefer to not use your credit card through paypal, I can provide an address and you can send a check.
