What is the recovery time of a wrist sprain? Can I still play football?

recovery time

Wrist sprain recovery depends on the severity of the injury, the treatment you do, and the activity you are returning to. For minor sprains, you should be able to return in a few days to a couple weeks. More severe sprains may take several weeks for recovery.

I would recommend a wrist brace if you are returning to football, as that will provide support for the wrist during contact.
