ANLES ARE OK AT 100 TO 127.BUT AT 129 TO 149 LEFT AND RIGHT ANLE RUNAWAY UP IN SPEED. 154 AND UP TO 210 IS FINE . I HAD ANKLE SPRAINS YEARS AGO AND LOST THE ABILITY TO FLOW AT THE MID SPEEDS I HAVE ALOT OF MILES ON ME IM 47 WHAT CAN I DO TO IMPROVE LIFT AND DEXTERITY TO MAKE MY ANLES TAKE OVER THE BURDEN AT THE MIDDLE SPEEDS THANKS NICKY.

HI I AM A DRUMMER I HAVE ROLLED MY ANKLES OVER TO THE SIDE SINCE I AM A KID SO I GUESS I AM A BIT STRETCHED BUT NO PROBLEMS I STILL COULD RUN.ONE TIME WHILE PLAYING BALL I TURNED IT OVER AND IT SWELLS ABOUT AN INCH AND A HALF.SWELLING WENT DOWN IN THREE DAYS AND I WAS ABLE TO RUN. THIS HAPPENED 5 YEARS AGO BUT ON THE DRUMS THERE WAS A CHANGE .

I PLAY TWO BASS DRUMS WITH MY FEET THE TECHNIQUE ALL ROCK DRUMMERS USE IS THERE ANKLE STROKES DO THE WORK WHILE HEELS ARE RAISED 2 INCHES .MY PROBLEM IS WHEN I PLAY DOUBLE BASS DRUM EXTENDED STROKES RIGHT LEFT RIGHT LEFT ECT. MY SLOW SPEEDS AND HI SPEEDS ARE UN EFFECTED BUT MY MIDDLE SPEEDS I LOSE ANKLE CONTROL. THE ANKLES FEEL SLUGGISH.

ARE THERE ANY EXERCISES TO WAKE UP MY ANKLES OR TO GAIN STRENGTH AND DEXTERITY. I DO THIS FOR A LIVING I HAVE BEEN TO A DOCTOR NOTHING IS RIPPED WHAT DO YOU DO FOR TIRED STRETCHED SLUGGISH ANKLES ANy SUGGESTIONS OR EXERCISES WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED I STILL RIDE A BICYCLE AND DO CALF RAISES BUT IMPROVEMENT HAS BEEN SLOW THANKS
