I know that I have a problem with my hip flexors. I just am not sure which problem I have.
I am a Yoga Teacher and also teach Body Definition. Quite a few classes each week.
One morning I came to Yoga and could not lean my body weight forward, from a sitting position, onto the the knee in front of me. It hurts more to lift up to flex than to stretch.
So I am wondering if I should continue to stretch, although it may be injured or should I not do anything, RICE and see if that helps?
If I am doing a stretch, the hip that is being stretched feels a lot better that the one that is flexed.
