I have running and play soccer(not on a team)just playing around for about 3 months now. I have been fine. I got my surgery in november and theraphy went well. today my team was scrimmagin and my knee cracked(while having my sports brace on given by my surgeon). I didnt scream and wasnt in immediate pain like i was when i tore my acl. It was just sore afterwards and cant fully extend my knee to its pull extent now. My coach feels like it was just cartilage that build up and needed to be broken. Ive been icing and moving my knee alot but it still gets stiff. ANy suggestions?
im still very nervous and dont wanna go through this process again. please post suggestions.
