Trusting the new knee

I tore my ACL playing basketball (how stereotypical lol). It was the oddest thing. I was driving down the lane and tried to do a simple jumpstop. Its something that I've done thousands of times, and my right knee just gave out laterally. The dislocation sensation was one of the craziest feelings ever. Anyways, I had the recon surgery using my hamstring about 5 months ago, and everything with the rehab went well. I am starting to get the itch to play again, but I am having problems trusting my knee. If it would have been a contact injury i would have felt better about it, but the non contact nature of my injury just kinda freaks me out. Anyone else have this problem?
