zareks left knee patella graft rehab

Hello everyone
Im zarek, a 18 year old male and i had acl reconstruction on my left knee. Today is the 5th day after surgery, and the swelling is going down slowly. I have a little more than 90 degrees of mobility and almost full extension. My only question is about the pain and tenderness I am experiencing in the bone below my knee. The tibia and fibula are very tender. Is this normal? A result of the bone graft? If so, when will this pain ans swelling subside? Thanks in advance, i look forward to your replies.
